Spiced lemon green tea

Ingredients :-


  • 4 Cups water
  • 1 Medium lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon .green tea leaves
  • 2 Tablespoon .honey
  • 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric,ground


Method :-


  • Cut lemon in half .squeeze one half into a small bowl and thinly slice the remaining half.Set aside.
  • In a saucepan ,bring water to a bill . Remove from heat and let sit for 3 minutes .Pour in a tea pot with green tea leaves.Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon juice,honey ,and turmeric.
  • Pour tea mixture into four serving cups .Add a slice of lemon.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy

Ingredients :-

  • 1 Cup hot water
  • 1 Table spoon .Lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon . Green tea or matcha powder
  • 1 Tablespoon . Stevia


Method :-

  • In a serving cup,combine hot water,lime juice,green tea powder,and stevia . Stir.
  • Sere immediately and enjoy.
  • Tip : You can add milk , if desired.

  2. 1 Oz . fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
  3. 2 Table spoon lemon juice
  4. 2 Table spoon .honey


Method :-


  • In a saucepan, combine water and ginger.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for -minutes.pour in a tea pot.
  • Stir in lemon juice and honey.
  • Pour tea mixture into four serving cups.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

A pinch of turmeric powder ,milk cream(thick layer formed on top of milk after cooling)and honey are the ingredients used.Take  milk cream,a pinch of turmeric powder and add few drops of honey.Mix it well till it forms a thick paste.Apply the paste as a thin layer on your face and let.It dry for 20 minutes. This will result in skin glow.
