Shrimp Fried Rice
ingredients : oil -2 tablespoons,ginger paste-1/2 tablespoons,eggs -1 shake ,shrimp-1 cup (peeled),beans -1 cup,cooked rice -2 cups ,salt-like quantity ,soy sauce -1 teaspoon,onion Koch -2,round pepper -1 teaspoon .
preparation of the recipe : heat oil in frying pan and fry it with beaten egg,keep stirring occasionally , stirring the egg spoon separately.give it a little oil in the pan and add ginger paste,take a few seconds ,take the beans and sprinkle with shrimps for a while.
then mix well with rice , add soy sauce, round pepper to it.salt to taste for a little while , try salt or testing salts according to taste . because there is salty salt in soya. Fry with grilled fried gram and mix well with fried egg and stir it for more than 1/2 minutes.
if you have ghee in the house , cover the mixture with a teaspoon of ghee and cover for 4 to 5 minutes.then open the lid and remove the color , flavors,make cucumbers ,carrots,tomatoes,onions ,cut or crush round goals , as you wish to make salad.
